General Description
Country Willows Bed & Breakfast is situated on 5 calming acres in rural Niagara-on-the-Lake, nestled between vineyards, wineries and orchards. The drive to the “Old Town” is just 5 minutes, where you will find plenty of shopping, theatre, attractions, and more. Niagara-on-the-Lake is home to many estate wineries of varying sizes, with a wide variety of wine tours available to suit any taste.

Standard Policies

- 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (unless other arrangements have been made)

- Cancellation:
- There is no cancellation fee for rooms cancelled more than 7 days in advance.
If you must cancel within the 7-day period, your deposit will be returned if we are able to rebook the room for the dates you reserved. - Reservation Policy:
- Reservation Policy:Upon receiving your cheque or credit card number, a receipt stating the amount of the deposit and the remaining balance will be mailed to you. The balance may be paid upon your arrival. We will gladly accept Canadian or U.S. cash, cheque, VISA or Mastercard as payment.

Breakfast
Each morning our guests are welcomed into our large country kitchen, complete with bay window overlooking our grounds which back onto orchards and greenhouses. Country Willows offers a full breakfast for all tastes, including a variety of juices, coffee, tea, fresh local fruits (in season), cereal and yogurt, fresh home-baked goods, as well as a hot main dish. Depending on the number of guests, breakfast may be served in the more formal dining room, or perhaps in the kitchen. We also do our best to accommodate those guests with special dietary needs or food allergies.

Local Attractions
Many activities and events may be enjoyed on your stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake, including golf, biking, theatre at the Shaw Festival, tours and tastings at our world-class wineries, and fine or casual dining at the many restaurants. For more information please feel free to ask us or check with the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chamber of Commerce.
It is also just a short drive to Niagara Falls, where you can visit the Falls, check out the Casino or tour the many gardens or Butterfly Conservatory.

Directions
From the QEW Highway exit #38B to Niagara-on-the-Lake (Hwy 55) and turn right from the exit ramp onto Glendale Ave. Turn right at the stop light onto York Road and follow until Concession 2 Road. Turn left onto Concession 2 Road and follow to Larkin Rd. (between Line 5 and Line 4 Rd.) Turn right onto Larkin Rd. Country Willows will be on the right side of the street with a large Country Willows sign.

Room Description: Our 3 guest rooms are air-conditioned and have private, full ensuite baths. As well, the rooms are smoke-free and pet-free. Our guests enjoy a private entrance to the B&B rooms. There is a common area in the B&B wing with a tea trolley (including a kettle, teas and other hot drinks). Each room also has access to a bar fridge with complimentary pop and juice. All rooms have televisions and access to wireless high speed internet.
The Chardonnay room is tastefully decorated in a deep green, with a maple King-size sleigh bed and maple accent pieces, along with a full ensuite bath. This room is located on the upper level of the B&B and has a picturesque view of the pond and gardens from the large set of windows. A comfortable sofa (also a sofa-bed), wing chair and desk also accent the room.
