General Description

Welcome to Niagara's newest bed and Breakfast. We opened our doors for business June 18th, 2009. Niagara’s Emerald Falls Bed and Breakfast is all newly renovated and current with all Provincial and Regional Building and Fire Code Regulations, fully Licensed to operate a safe and comfortable environment.

Our rooms all have LCD flat screen TV’s with sat. Movie channels, wireless internet, remote control air conditioning units, all new queen sized beds and an additional twin in our family room. Our fantastic bedrooms are by far the largest in the Niagara region. Our showcase room is called the Emerald room. This beauty has a 42 inch flat screen LCD TV, in suite 2 person Jacuzzi whirlpool with hydrotherapy system, queen bed, attached sun room for in room breakfast, gas fireplace. This room has more than 440 square feet of pure relaxing comfort. Come to Niagara’s Emerald Falls Bed & Breakfast for a safe, quiet and a quality rest for your peace of mind. Thank You. Standard Policies

Check In:: The check in time is 2.00 p.m.
Check Out:: Check out time is 11.00 a.m.
Cancellation:: No deposit is required for reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations must canceled within 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel within 7 days prior to arrival may result in a one night stay being applied per room reserved unless subject to our `Medical Condition Policy Only`. Should the same card holder have additional rooms reserved on the same date, the card holder will be liable for additional 1 night charge/s per room should those additional rooms not rent upon the reserved date of arrival.
Medical Condition Policy:: Should a medical emergency occur that hinders any reservation within the 7 day cancellation time frame, no charge will be levied against the card holder provided we receive a signed Physicians letter regarding the nature of the emergency. If no proof of emergency is received by this establishment within 72 hours of no show, a min charge of one night stay will be levied against the card holder per room reserved.
Canadian Customs Policy:: For patrons coming from the U.S.A. via boarder crossing that are denied entry into Canada shall be liable for 25% of their total reservation/s. It is every ones responsibility to check Customs Policies prior to travel, we cannot be liable for those card holders who fail to clear customs. However, a rain-check will be issued to the card holder at their convenience for a later date when matters can be resolved.
Long Term Reservations Policy:: Long term reservations are defined by no less than a 3 night stay. No long term reservation shall be accepted outside a 30 day time frame prior to arrival date without a security deposit. A security deposit shall be non refundable in the amount of 25% against the card holder due upon time of reservation made and the remaining 75% due upon arrival. Should a medical emergency cause the failure to arrive than the Medical Emergency Policy will apply and a full refund will be granted provided the conditions of the same policy are met.
25% Security Deposit Policy:: The 25% security deposit is non refundable with the exception of the Medical Condition Policy. The 7 day cancellation policy is waved for refund. However, if any cancellation is made prior to the 7 day cancellation policy a rain-check can be arranged and the 25% security deposit policy reworked toward another date of the card holders choosing.

Breakfast

Our breakfast is homemade and nothing but the best fruit is bought and sliced daily. We start off with fresh orange juice, apple juice, coffee or tea, my homemade banana bread, fresh baked hot muffins from the oven, then french toast with meat, next day waffles with strawberries, 3rd day homemade pancakes. Each day to start we have strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, and blackberries. Come and enjoy for yourself.
