General Description
This newly constructed (non-smoking) home, located 3km upriver from the Falls, overlooks both the Niagara River and the Welland River and the parkland beyond. The view is spectacular and peaceful. The clean, comfortable, private guestrooms feature full ensuite bath, queen-size beds, cable television, VCR/DVD, air conditioning, sitting area, clock/radio and hair dryers. Enjoy a delicious breakfast served at your leisure in our sunroom which has the vantage point of the rivers. Paradise Point is a 5 to 10-minute drive to six golf courses, the Falls, Casino, Marineland, Greenhouse, Queen Victoria Park, Maid of the Mist, Clifton Hill, etc. The Niagara Parks' Recreation Trail, which runs along the Niagara River from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Fort Erie, is just steps away.

Local Attractions
Located on the Niagara Parks Recreation/Bike Trail just minutes away from at least 6 golf courses. The Falls, Queen Victoria Park, Marineland, Niagara Fallsview Casino, Niagara Parks Greenhouse, etc. are all within a few minutes drive. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, bars, liquor store, drug store, bank and variety stores.

Directions
From Toronto, take the Q.E.W. highway and exit from the Q.E.W. at Lyons Creek Road - take Lyons Creek Road East and follow straight to the very end where the Niagara Parkway begins. At this point, we are the last house on the left. (Lyons Creek Road turns into Main Street and passes through the former village of Chippawa - Address: 3533 Main St., Chippawa, Niagara Falls)
From Buffalo: Cross the Peace Bridge at Fort Erie and follow the Q.E.W. to Sodom Rd. Turn right (north) onto Sodom Road and keep straight to the stop sign at the end. Turn right onto Main Street and follow to the last house on the left. (you will pass through only one stop light)
