General Description

This newer (non-smoking) home, located just 5 minutes south of the Falls and overlooks both the Niagara River and the Welland River and the parkland beyond. The view is spectacular and peaceful, enjoy a cold drink while relaxing on the patio and watch the boats go by. The clean, comfortable, private guest rooms feature full en-suite bath, queen-size bed, refrigerator, cable and flat-screen television, DVD, air conditioning, sitting area, clock/radio and hair dryers. A family suite features an additional bedroom with twin beds for 2 children or another couple and there's an additional pull-out sofa. Enjoy a delicious, home-cooked breakfast in the sun room with the vantage point of the two rivers. It's just 5 minutes from the Falls, new Convention Centre, Casino, Marineland, Niagara Parks Greenhouse, Queen Victoria Park, Maid of the Mist, Skylon Tower, Clifton Hill, Journey Behind the Falls, etc. There are 6 world-class golf courses also in the immediate area. The Recreation/bike Trail, which runs along the Niagara River from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Fort Erie, is just steps away. Walk across the street to enjoy good fishing. Paradise Point is situated in the former, historic Village of Chippawa and a short walk along the river to good restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bank, drug store, library, liquor store, grocery and variety stores, etc. Please note that we have an old cat on the premises.

Directions

From Toronto, take the Q.E.W. highway and exit from the Q.E.W. at Lyons Creek Road - take Lyons Creek Road East and follow straight to the last house on the left. (Lyons Creek Road turns into Main Street and passes through the former village of Chippawa - Address: 3533 Main St., Chippawa, Niagara Falls)
From Buffalo: Cross the Peace Bridge at Fort Erie and follow the Q.E.W. to Sodom Rd. Turn right (north) onto Sodom Road and drive straight to the stop sign at the end. Turn right onto Main Street and follow to the last house on the left. (you will pass through only one stop light)
