Tranquility abounds--guests may enjoy retreat to a yoga and meditation room, which has excellent views of the current of the river and guests may also choose to participate in a one hour and a half yoga class given by the host of the Redwood.

Breakfast

In the morning, guests are invited into our formal dining room to savor a superb hot gourmet breakfast. On the first morning we usually start with something to interest your palate and then we serve rich, delicious, Eggs Benedict enriched with fresh herbs and a side of tomatoes grown in our own garden and smoothed by italian oil. Smoothies also can be made upon request. On the second morning we serve Sweet Toast and this breakfast is complemented by pure Canadian Maple syrup--simply beautiful. These tummy filling recipies will keep you going all day if needed : )Coffee, tea and juice are available and smoothies upon request.

Directions

From N.W. Ont. take hwy 401 to hwy QUEW Niagara. After St. Catharines follow 420 to the Falls to Clifton Hill. Turn left on Clifton Hill and left again on River Rd.
From Northeast USA take 90 to 290 to 190 (follow signs to Buffalo then Niagara Falls US) Take Robert Moses Pkw exit (sharp right at bottom of second bridge on Grand Island) which goes along the river. Take the American Falls exit which brings you to Niagara St. and you can only turn right. Go up the second set of lights and make a U turn which will bring you to Rainbow Bridge.
From Rainbow Bridge take The Falls exit (first right) to Hiram, right on Hiram to River Rd. then left on River Rd for 3 blocks.
