Nestled in the orchards that produce many of the Peaches, Nectarines, Pears and Grapes that Niagara is famous for this wonderful cape cod house has many features that will bring you back time and again as with each visit you will find a little more of Home in Niagara on the Lake. Whether it is a tour of some of the best wineries in the world, an adventure tour of the majestic features that bring tourists back time and again or a more sedate historical remembrance of the 1812 war. Viv and Les will be only too happy to welcome you into their home and help you as much as you need to plan the vacation that will always be top in your memories.

Viv's Front porch is less than 4 minute from the centre of Niagara-on-the-Lake. 15 minutes from the Majestic Niagara Falls 15 Minutes from Port Dalhousie. It is central to all major features in the Niagara Region.
After a day out and about there is nothing better than enjoying a glass of wine on the front or rear porches watch the field workers driving back with wagon loads of fruit picked locally. Relax in the quiet tranquility that comes with having no one behind your home other than peach orchards. Sit out in our gazebo that in season is covered in the most beautiful smelling flowers.

If you cancel 14 or more days
prior, then a full refund is provided.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior,
and if we sell the room, then only a $25 service fee is taken, otherwise charges will be made of the first nights fee.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior, and if we sell the room then only a $25 service charge is made. Otherwise full charge is made.
