General Description

The Wine Country Bed & Breakfast is a fully restored twentieth century home situated in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Detailed moulded ceilings, wide plank pine floors and soft, rich colours and textures greet you as you enter our home. Our fireplace and comfy chairs are the perfect companions as you relax with a book or a glass of wine, you can also sit on our front verandah and enjoy the sunsets and our award winning garden.

Our guest rooms are furnished with antique period pieces and each suite has an en-suite bathroom. The decor of each room shadows that of three different areas of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We invite you to click the Rooms tab at the top of our webpage to view photos and learn more about each room.

Conveniently located two doors from the Pillar & Post Spa, our home is a short 10 minute stroll from historic Queen Street shops and the Shaw Theatres. Catch-up on some much needed rest and relaxation at the Wine Country Bed & Breakfast in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Breakfast

A delicious hot breakfast served everyday. Steaming pot of hot coffee/tea, fresh fruit smoothie, homemade fresh fruit muffins, a variety of gourmet main course dishes as well as a sweet plate.
We use local fresh produce in season.

Niagara-on-the-Lake is a town frozen in time. It's historic pride is evident in it's beautiful shops, world-class wineries, unique art galleries, museums and amazing restaurants. All this within a short walk from our Bed & Breakfast Home
Enjoy the following activities within a few minutes of our front door: theatre, walking & cycling paths, challenging golf courses, casinos, thoroughbred race track, historic forts and antiquing in quaint little towns.
Then on a beautiful day, drive the Niagara Parkway to Niagara Falls, one of the wonders of the world and continue on to historic Fort Erie. Winston Churchill described this enjoyable outing as, the most beautiful Sunday drive in the world.

Follow exit to York Road (traffic lights)

Right onto John Street to 75 John Street. We are between Victoria Street

Coming from Buffalo/Niagara Falls NY via I-190 (Queenston/Lewiston Bridge):

From the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge: You will be on Highway 405. The first exit is approximately 2 km which is “To Stanley Avenue” (a right exit) and is just beyond the underpass. Turn right onto Stamford Town Line. At the first stop sign, bear left onto Portage Road. Portage Road will take you to the Niagara Parkway which will take you right into Niagara-on-the-Lake. Stay on Niagara Parkway, follow Queen Street past the clock tower to Regent Street. Left onto Regent Street and then right onto John Street.
